How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email you paid with, or email us at canvaslens.io@gmail.com and we'll point you to the right place.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your plan returns to free and 75 reads/day end. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks can take a few days to post them.
